Aptitude Test followed by two Technical rounds and then HR round.
Test is bit difficult, consisted of logical reasoning, unix, sql and testing concepts questions.
Learn SQL , UNIX , SDLC models and all the concepts well.

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some
technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.

Interview was quite good and easy. Simple technical questions. Interview process was not long. The interview process was very easy and smooth. High experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
