I first had to attend a phone interview. This was mostly technical. The people know what they were talking about and were professional. After I cleared it they called for an interview on site in their Michigan office. I had to talk to the technical team for an hour and with the HR and senior management. HR interview is the biggest joke. They will kill you with standard questions. You could fall asleep without effort. for eg, your strengths, weakness, handle difficult situations. Senior management interview was just as boring. they ask same standard HR questions.
