Technical interview has an e-commerce challenge and technical interview with leadership has a file upload challenge.
Interviewers are friendly and sympathetic.

Difference between sql and nosql and its applicable scenarios
They never mentioned the client I was interviewing for.
The process had 3 steps:
- Recruiter interview with general behavioral questions, with an English check
- Tech interview with live coding and general backend questions
- Talk to CTO (very random questions...)
Experiência não foi das melhores, com perguntas sem contexto e muito voltadas pra vida pessoal. O feedback de que não fui aprovado também não fez muito sentido. A empresa fala que é focada em pessoas, mas poderia gerar uma experiência melhor ao candidato.
