The whole interview process took more than 2 months. Average time between steps was around 10-15 days. Very slow and tedious multi-step process that ended up in ghosting which is very disappointing. All tech interviews and tasks were passed. 1. Hr interview 2. Tech stack + algorithm task (remote) 3. Interview with the tech team 4. 2 References from previous colleagues ??? 5. CEO interview 6. Ghosted

Tasks: Write a react app from scratch with some methods like a todo app and the algorithm task was based calculating longest gap within given timeframes. Questions: What are the benefits and give some example of microservice architecture? Why would someone choose React over other Frontend frameworks? What does it mean that NodeJs is single threaded > how can we compensate for this? Explain what ExpressJs is used for? What is docker used for? Lots of open-ended questions... What would you say are your biggest weaknesses are?
