Phone screen with recruiter, followed by a series of four interviews with various members of the team, and a 'bar raiser'. They booked them all in the span of a day, which was good on one hand, but took a lot of time and was tiring! However, a very interesting process to go through. I also had to submit a writing sample. Feedback was provided on all aspects of the interview which was very helpful. Candidate experience was top notch.

first round is a phone interview based on situational questions against amazon leadership principles. last round is virtual or in person interview with minimum 4 different interviewers- similar structure as phone interview.
