Too long and too many people involved in the interview process. Need to streamline the process and make it more efficient for both internal and external candidates. The number of people involved in the interview process makes interview decisions more complicated.

Not much feedback on the assessments so would like some feedback on why I wasn’t put forward.

efficient with the whole process completed within weeks. 2 rounds of phone screen and a panel of 5. The questions are generally different for each round. Be prepared to hear lots of the reasons behind your thought process and be challenged ( in a devil's advocate way :) ) on the delivery of approach.

Very long. 2 months from beginning to end. 2 x phone interviews and then a 5 hour long interview on leadership principles (5x 1:1 interviews). The gaps between each of their stages was painful
