I was an intern so I received 2 45 minute interview, first technical and last one leadership principles, with 2 leadership principles asked in the first interview. I was very confident about my technical interview and I answered most questions without issue and the second interview I felt I did okay on it given the fact that it is difficult to frame the leadership principles to realistic events in your life especially if you haven’t had the chance to have those principles tested yet. I was honestly heartbroken after I was notified that they wouldn’t be going ahead with my application given the knowledge I have about their inner workings , power structures, procedure such as FSB, loadbanking, live load transfers, mandatory demand curtailment and demand site management etc I learned so much and I just feel so discarded as if I’ll never be good enough. Really hurt me personally
