The interview day consisted of a five person interview loop in person and remote. Lunch was hosted by aws with myself and one of my interviewers. I flew to Seattle to interview but half of my interviewers were remote,

Strictly followed Amazon Leadership Principals. Five interviewers asked two questions each. Some questions looked for examples with positive outcomes while others looked for negative outcomes which resulted in lessons learned.
My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
