Had to interview with more than a half dozen folks over the course of weeks. Then, I had to take a "test". The hiring process would not proceed until I took this "test". For someone who was clearly more than qualified for this position, this mandatory "test" was an insult.

There were no questions per se. They wanted solutions to scenarios. I guess they needed solutions to their problems and didn't want to pay for a consultant or a qualified manager.

It was a loop - five interviews back to back. They were very difficult. They were all virtual. The recruiter got back to me four days after with an offer.

Panel interview.: panel interview will be taken by Human resources team, hiring manager and two more l6 or l7.
