Applied online then went to an event hall in a hotel for orientation. Performed cheek swab for drug test. Followed steps and picked a start date. If drug test passed, then the job is yours.

No interview. They just directly process you for the job. Very easy. You don't need any qualifications as such. It just takes a few weeks sometimes for them to call you.
