Entrevista
The first round is with HR and involves basic background questions. The second round is with the Hiring Manager and is more structured. It typically includes questions like "Tell me about yourself," "Why Amazon?" and behavioral questions based on the leadership principles. The HR manager will share which principles are particularly important for the role.

Online test before interview, very long and tedious and you don't get results of test. Some of the questions didn't relate to the job role but overall i think this is how companies are operating
