Online application, then online assessment (approximately 1,5 hour) , then call with HR (she was describing what to expect during the interview), and then an Interview with the hiring manager.

Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.

1st round interview with either the hiring manager or member of the team
Recruiter will let you know if you passed that round in a week
Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers
