Based on the STAR model, answers must be using that model, situation, task, action, result, and the person needs to answer based on their experience and use this format by creating a storytelling explaining the situation, the task, how it was actioned and the final result.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
