Passed the online assessment. A few days later, the recruiter helped to set up the phone interview with the team leader. A couple days later, an automated rejected letter was sent by email.

Entrevista inicial muito boa e esclarecedora com equipe de RH, deixando claras as expectativas de modo geral em ambos os lados. Entrevista com gestão da área um tanto quanto “estranha” e parecia que a pessoa estava com pressa, cortava a todo momento e redirecionava o tema da conversa.

6 back-to-back interviews - loop round.
Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.
