Took about 3 weeks got a email for the assessment after that got a email to explor Amazon after that I got a contingent offer letter with a date for my interview went in for an interview wasn't very long they did a mouth swab drug test and told us about the company took about 25 -30 mins in total after that they said they would email me my orientation date as long as I pass the drug test and background .

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
