This role supposed to assist the Director of Amazon Ring in Taiwan on arranging calender, logistics, and any office administration tasks. This is an one year contract to cover a maternity leave. I had been interviewed with the place holder, then had a second interview with the Director.
Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
