Interviewer gave me quizlet vocab test and said that interns dont usually get coding assessments. this showed me that he literally didn't know or had no experience interviewing. felt like I got unlucky and not fair chance.
Very good but hard interview overall. Pay was great and so was the work life balance. Fully remote and great mentorship. Benefits were also good with 401k match and pto
Three interview rounds are incredibly stressful and draining. They force you to repeat yourself, manage endless scheduling, and perform on demand. It is completely valid to feel exhausted by this.

the interviews were half technical half behavioural with two rounds. it involved standard behavioural questions using STAR (tell me about ...) and technical questions were leetcode style (algos and oop questions)
