The interview process involved initial online assessments followed by scheduling an interview with an executive assistant rather than HR. While this approach may have its merits, it felt unusual as I expected interaction with HR personnel for such matters. Ultimately, it seemed that the assistant executive made the decision not to proceed with my candidacy. This highlights the notion that each aspect of the hiring process might benefit from specialized oversight, particularly when it comes to HR-related decisions.
