Interview questions were not what i prepared for, which caught me off gaurd, but i was able to rebound and answer the questions thrown at me with some difficulty trying to reitterate.

There might an aptitude test as well.
Three rounds with different departments that might involve learning, HR and operations, with each interview going for about 10-15 minutes.

Lasted about 2.5 hours. Virtual interview was with 3 people from different sites. Questions are based on the 16 leadership principles of amazon. Answers should be rehearsed and formated in the star format.

The interview process relied a lot on the leadership principles. They want answers in the STAR method for every answer. It was a good experience and it helps you understand the role better.
