The Amazon interview process is very thorough, and the interviewers are very nice. They care about your story as well and give you tips on how to succeed. I was interviewed by two total people who asked questions about safety and leadership.

What are some leadership roles that you have been through?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
