Phone interview followed by a POD with behavioral questions and technical assessment when necessary. There is also HR questions. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, there may be a technical assessment test or coding.

First was the HR Interview. Then Technical screen of 1 hour. 30 minutes about experience related situation question. Final interview 5 individual 1 hour interviews similar to the technical screens.

Interview process is lacking in its ability to let you connect with your interviewer. The questions asked and the answers expected are all very scripted. In my experience this makes it difficult to express who you really are when answering these questions.
