Here, you will find the Customer Service Agent job listing. Click on the job listing, and you will be directed to an online application form. Please take your time to complete this form accurately and provide all requested information, including your contact details, work history, and any relevant qualifications. Step 2: Application Review Once you have submitted your application, our HR team will review your submission to ensure it meets our basic requirements. This includes checking for relevant qualifications, experience, and other criteria specified in the job listing. Step 3: Mock System Test Candidates who pass the initial application review will be invited to complete a mock system test. This test assesses your ability to navigate our customer service software and simulate interactions with customers. You will receive detailed instructions on how to access the test, and you'll have a specific time frame in which to complete it. The test is designed to evaluate your computer literacy, problem-solving skills, and your potential to excel in a customer service role. Step 4: Test Evaluation Once you have completed the mock system test, our hiring team will evaluate your performance. This evaluation will consider factors such as how effectively you navigated our system, your ability to address customer inquiries, and your overall problem-solving skills.

Interview took place in phases. 1st was assesment which which general optometry and problem solving questions. 2nd there was a one to one with a manager who was sitting in Italy.
