1 screening code challenge 4 interviews on-site: 3 of them where code exercises and 1 for system design You have to be prepared with the questions they give you prior to the interviews, but it takes quite some time to be 100% prepared to all of them. Didn't get the job and their feedback was way too vague, as the recruiter is not allowed to give details per company policy. Summarizing the feedback they gave me: you are good and are on a good path, but you still more experience for both on your stories for the leadership principles and technically.
