Il processo di selezione è molto ben strutturato. Mi è piaciuto molto ed è stata una nuova esperienza perché le conoscenze vengono valutate oggettivamente tramite questionari per capire le vere capacità. Inoltre tutti i colloqui si tengono online e permettono in ogni luogo e in ogni momento di parteciparvi
There’s two interviews one with a senior tech and one with the area manager. Questions asked are based on their principles and wanting answered in star format. They only ask two questions per interview.
Leadership principal based pre set question bank, very little technical probing. Looking for STAR format, follow ups tend to be aimed at lessons learned or knowledge sharing. Probably 3/4 questions in total, the interviewer was a manager.
