Harrowing. I was very unprofessional with slow replies and very limited communication. Unfortunately, my interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers seemed uninterested and unprepared, asking generic questions without delving into my qualifications. Their lack of engagement made it difficult for me to showcase my skills. Moreover, there was a lack of transparency about the company's expectations and culture. Overall, the interview left me with a negative impression of the company and their hiring process.
I received an Online Assessment (OA) invitation from Amazon. The assessment consisted of two coding questions of medium to hard difficulty, focusing on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. The questions required efficient solutions with optimized time and space complexity. After the OA, shortlisted candidates typically proceed to one or more technical interview rounds covering coding, system design, and behavioral questions based on Amazon's Leadership Principles.
