The first step is give the test and followed by the face to face interview . The grammar part is easy however practice would be great. The versatile test is easy, you just need to listen properly

Entrevista
Interview process is very old fashioned no human connect no clear answers to applications . I wuld request them to increase the human connects in the interview process so candidates are able to get the feedback.

They asked Physcho logical questions which were not at all relevant to job profiles.
Video interview is held after a series of general knowledge and English proficiency tests. Based on the test scores mail is received for the interview. The tests were fairly easy and are monitored while attempting.
Interview was good and merged well to be at pace of the interviewer's point of view. Feels warm and supportive till the interview is over and kind of stress free.
