it was online assessment test. it took two and half hours to complete it. you can check you-tube videos for the online assessment test questions. they will check your english reading and writing and and listening and speaking skills. they will also conduct virtual/simulated job try out test. they will also test your multitasking skills in virtual job tryout

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
