There was no per say interview, they do a group hiring session, were people fill out an application online or at the facility. They drug test & take your pic for your ID & run background checks. If your background check & drug test comes back ok your hired. Then they send you an email for orientation.

Can you lift 50 lbs? Are you okay standing 10+ hours? Are you eligible to work in the country? Are you willing to work flexible hours, nights, or weekends? Work style assessment: Questions about how you work in teams, follow rules, stay on task, etc. Situational judgment test: How you would respond in workplace situations (e.g., handling a missing item or working under pressure).
