Online assessment about work style, nothing technical; 2 back to back interviews 30 minutes each I think? Roughly a week or two after I completed the assessment. Interview was generally all behavioral and asked about leadership principles

Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
