Im Mittelpunkt des Gesprächs standen immer die Amazon-Werte. Jede persönliche oder berufliche Frage war darauf ausgelegt, sie so zu beantworten, dass ersichtlich wurde, dass diese Werte schon immer eine große Rolle gespielt haben und man diese im Endeffekt für das Gespräch auswendig gelernt hat.

Was war die bisher größte Herausforderung, die Sie meistern mussten?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
