Pros: Interview was mainly focused on my abilities to fulfill the position requirements. Behavioral questions, very detail on my accomplishments and challenges. Cons: It seems the interviewer was either bored or chewing a gum. No cases analysis was used. The pretentious interviewer had an "know it all" attitude, just tried to intimidate candidates.
