The final interview was an all day affair, it seemed mostly geared toward making sure you fully embraced their specific answering style. I didn’t, they choose someone else. When I was finally able to get interview follow up I was informed that even though I was technically competent and 4 out of 5 interviewers wanted to hire me they wouldn’t because my answers deviated from their preferred structure.
