The overall interview process sucks. You directly dive into a technical interview with a software developer. It also asks you questions about leadership principles. There are no HRs in the interview. The interviewer was tired so didn't even listen to my response, said okay and switched to the technical interview.
They want you to bring at least 10 stories there so you have to prepare in advance but it really doesn't matter, it depends on your luck and the day of the interviewer.
I got asked a very simple technical coding question so I nailed it but I don't understand how can they ask that kind of easy technical question. Then they didn't get back to me until I asked them. They said I have been rejected and I should've received an email notification about the result but I haven't.

Medium technical problem that could be solved within time. I wish there were more behavioral questions but interviewer provided only technical problems. The interviewer didn't seem interested in going over resume or my particular skill, which led to providing non-tailored technical problems.
Recruiter call, online coding assessment, online interview, in person interview. Incompetent recruiter told me that the interview was going to be about embedded coding but it was actually system design.

The technical discussion was heavily focused on embedded‑systems concepts, particularly bit manipulation, bitwise operations, and low‑level programming fundamentals.
