There are two ways to be hire by Amazon: Internal and External. It is very unfair because is a very interesting internal environment and is favorable to veterans. If you want to be prepare as external candidate you have to be overqualified for the position and study STAR method

La entrevista fue muy positiva y realmente enriquecedora. El ambiente resultó profesional pero cercano, lo que permitió conversar con naturalidad sobre mi experiencia previa y mis habilidades como Shift Manager. Me hicieron preguntas situacionales para evaluar mi capacidad de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y manejo del estrés.
