Total two rounds exists in process of selection
Round 1- Test
A MCQ test consists of english , aptitude,reasoning.
Round 2 - interview
Asked about the candidate background and basic understanding of software testing (black box ,white box testing ,bug life cycle,software testing types). Interviewer focused more on regression testing and asked different test case scenarios of real life applications.
After 20 minutes of questioner interviewer said their hr team will contact for further updates.
After a week got a selection mail and accepted it
The whole process completed within 3 months
Finally, a smooth interview experience as a fresher.
good interview process throughout. And It took max of a month for whole recruitment process from assessment, the interview and offered for the position of Tester. The job role is based on manual testing of the product
I had a great experience interviewing with Amazon. The process was well-organized, starting with an online aptitude test that was challenging yet fair. The second round was a person-to-person interview, where the interviewer was professional and friendly. The questions were relevant and allowed me to showcase my skills. Overall, it was a positive and insightful experience
