There is no interview process. You fill out the application and you're in. The "hardest" part is passing the drug test, depending on your situation. Other than that, there literally is no interview. Other higher positions interview but not the sortation associate
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
