1. 1st Phone screen for 1 hr - LP questions, total 7
2. 2nd phone screen on technical areas - Detailed analysis of current project architecture, tradeoffs, API details. Technical explanatory questions on cloud, CDN, Edge servers to public pvt key infra
Day 1
Loop 1 - Bar raiser in first round itself - LP only
Loop 2 - TPM peer - LP and program management
Loop 3 - TPM peer - LP and technical abilities
Day 2
Loop 4 - HM - LP and general chat ( my best experience here, at this point I knew I was getting offer)
Loop 5 - HM peer - LP and System design
All 7 interview results were - strong inclined. Incredible in recruiter's own words :)
Amazing experience, they treated me well, gave breaks of 5-10 mins between interviews. They will nod and acknowledge to indicate you are on right direction

Paying back to the community by listing questions not seen else where on Glassdoor. All LP questions are listed across multiple sites already.
1. System Design bookseller system like Goodreads, which shows Amazon book reviews on their site (login, registration were out of scope) book search, book details, reading reviews, adding reviews were in-scope
2. Cognitive ability in program management - How would you plan to move 100's of willing and unwilling internal users to a new version of your service. (took 15 mins with various cross questions)
3. Why my service not working ? (technical troubleshooting) (took about 20 mins, went deep into routing algo, to load balancer configuration to identifying specific logs in DNS servers, authoritative name servers, root servers, server logs, LB logs, VIPs)

Followed the same Amazon process intial meeting with a recruiter, then multiple rounds with various team members, and the hiring manager. They use the STAR method or variations to answer with the situation, the challenge you faced, then the actions you take, and the result. If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.

Recruiter screening friendly. Consistently great experiences with recruiters. Got HM interview but HM didn't do the interview. Guy who did lacked the background to assess my background in AI/ML. Amazon is now kicking people out of ATS for 6 months for related roles if you don't progress.
