I had my phone and on-site interviews.
Phone interview was more technical.
All 5 on-site interviews were purely behavioral questions except one interview. Each interviews I had 6-7 behavioral questions!
I had a very bad experience because:
1. Although the questions are supposed to open-ended, in my case, they were irrelevant. I think they didn't look into resume and actual work experiences; they just blasted their templatized questions.
2. They were asking one question after another. However, their probing questions felt like they didn't listened to my answer first time.
I think this systematic, decision-making process is great but, with rigidity and bias, it becomes a very faulty process. They don't assess human from its actual proven experience or potential rather machines based on data. Even, in that, they are quite judgmental - guessing whether the experience is true or not.

2 persons showed up on the second interview, straight from the beginning it was obvious that they don’t want me for so reason, still they dragged for one hour. Then I realised that this is a presale team and they are trying to fish for information about my current company - I work for big 4 bank. Then even though I started to act obviously weird they still kept going. Hilarious. Interviewers great of your current NDA.

Pretty lengthy process, scheduled multiple calls and made it to one of the final rounds, ultimately turned it down because there were multiple opportunities where the interviewers showed up late and I don't want to work for someone who doesn't respect my time.

Entrevista
Interview consistent of a 1 hour phone screen over chime, followed by "the loop", which was 4 back-to-back 1 hour interviews. The interviewers were potential team members, the hiring manager, as well as a bar raiser. The questions were a mix of technical questions, as well as "functional" questions based on the leadership principles. Overall, the interviewers were professional but friendly.
