Entrevista
It was good. Enjoyed the recruiter who started the process and made it through to the last step which was an in person presentation. The only qualm is that they have a very outdated and sink or swim presentation scenario in which its a sink or swim type scenario where you're expected to be more technical than the job (much less your experience) requires. Also the fact that they don't give you feedback is just a sucker punch to the world of personal development and really helps people to stay where they are and not get insight into where they can "improve" to be the "right fit" for what they look for. Interviewers themselves were nice though.

Tell me about a time you grew an account, worked with a team to accomplish a goal, etc. They pretty much require that answers fall in line with STAR format. (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
