phone interview is very difficult than normal interview, because I can't explain my answers that way.
they send me an email and ask me to set time for phone interview. then on that time, someone called me exactly on the time and start to ask me about data structure and algorithms.
the whole process of questions take 90 min and he ask me to solve a programming problem without any IDE in an environment like notepad.
I really do not know if this kind of interview is suitable or no, but i think thats a bad idea.
El proceso es muy demorado, obtuve la entrevista con hr la cual tuvo una resolucion positiva pero el entrevistador me ghosteo y no se ha podido avanzar con el proceso de entrevista
The interview is developed in 3 stages:
Coding Challenge –90 min
Work Simulation – 15 min
Work Style Surveys – 10 minutes, 2 surveys, answer questions about how you approach software engineering work and your approach to work in general.
