Entrevista
After sending in my resume and cover letter, I received an email from one of their recruiters to schedule a 1 hour informational interview. After that, I was set up for another series of interviews, with a prep meeting earlier in the week to give me all the information about the upcoming interviews.

I applied online and received a call in about 2 weeks to setup a time for a phone interview.
The guy giving the phone interview didn't work at the studio that I was interviewing for, so he couldn't give me any information about the job position. He gave me some basic C/C++ questions and asked me about myself.
A couple days later a received a call from to setup an onsite interview. They flew me down to Anaheim and reserved a hotel for me.
For the onsite interview I showed up 45 minutes early, I was told that there was no waiting area and the I need leave and come back at the exact time. I came back at the exact time and they had me wait 15 minutes for the interviewer to come get me.
the onsite interview had five interviews.
The first interview was talking with the studio head. From the moment I met him he seemed disinterested. We talked about my experience and the studio. He focused on negative questions about my experience; like, what was the biggest failure at your last position, how did you resolve conflict with coworkers, and what were my biggest weaknesses.
The second interview was talking with a Senior Manager about my experiences and what the position was about and what the studio was working on. His questions focused on my technical experiences and skills.
The third interview was a programming test where a Senior Dev pretended to pair-program with me. This test didn't have a clear objective, I was supposed to refactor some code into more user-friendly code.
The forth interview was with another Senior Dev. He asked me questions about my experience and skills. It was clear that he had not looked at my resume until just before the interview. He had me design a breakout game on the white board. He seemed disinterested and preoccupied with setting up the camera for the next interview.
The fifth interview was with an offsite Dev in Seattle over video chat. It was for a different position and one that I didn't apply for. We talked about my experience and he asked me questions about test development. I enjoyed this interview.

The most unexpected question was the paired-programming question. I am still unclear about what I was supposed to do.
