Awful! Applied for several roles (same job title). HR don't work together, so you have to repeat the same process over and over again. Most recruiters are uninterested and lack the human touch. I felt like a robot which made me question Amazon as an employer. It's worth also noting that they do psychometric testing as part of the process (which is no longer recommended for use by employers unless top level management or roles such as military or emergency services). I was able to do some research and networking with current employees, none of whom recommended the company as an employer. All asked me if I knew of any opportunities with other employers!! Overall, my experience was demoralising and negative, so I withdrew from all applications.
