Panel on 30 min with HR where she mainly explained the position and the hiring steps. Panel of 2 interviews with external members of my current team. Two sessions of 30 min each where the interviewer was asking questions around Amazon in general and some specific questions on the job related topics.

Fue una entrevista a través de Willo. Hay preguntas que tienes que contestar en video. Te dan 5 minutos para responder, aunque máximo puede durar 3 minutos. El resto de preguntas son escritas y es información básica sobre ti (cuando te graduas, si tienes el nivel de inglés requerido, etc.).

Tell me about a time when you had to decide in the absence of good data because there just wasn't any. Why was the situation, and how did you arrive at your decision? Did the decision turn out to be the correct one? Why or why not?
Started with an online oa on company values-> virtual interview which included both a behavioural part on company culture and a technical challenge on excel -> panel interview with two different managers
