phone screen with recruiter, 1-hour interview with senior-level team member, 5-hour interview with multiple team members (1-on-1 with 5 different people). The 6 1-hour interviews are all similar. No technical challenge, but you are expected to speak to your experience with application architectures and solutions.
Two phone interviews, one with HR and another one technical. After that, I had a full day onsite with 4/5 interviews. By the end of the day, I just had the brain exhausted from provided examples...

It was informal and in general about amazon and about me. The recruiter had some questions and tried to get an overview of primarily technical knowledge and about strengths/weakness and interests.
