Entrevista
It was a hectic 4 round interview testing our communication and reasoning skills. The 1st round was language test, the second round was an aptitude test, the third round was an HR round and was a 1:1 with the HR. The last round was another 1:1 with the operations manager of the company.

Q. You have a sheep, tiger and vegetables with you. You have to take them across the river on a boat. However, you can only take two things with you at a time. The tiger eats goat and goat eats grass. How will you do that?

Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Entrevista
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
