Easily accessible - uses Amazon Chime which is very easy to use. Spoke to 2 different people during my interview, both of whom were very friendly and reassuring. The online test is easy to follow and not to hard as long as you use Amazon's Leadership Principles

Interview on Feb 5, last about 55mins, virtual meeting. 1 interviewer and 1 shadow interviwer. Introduce ourselves 5mins, ask two behavior quesitons and one case study 45mins and me asked questions 5mins.

Tech question: Amazon HR team has implemented "talking with employee program" to reduce the quit and turnover, analyze this porgram.
Was a general IQ test + 3 interviews with the HR then 2 managers with different profiles, first a hard one, pressuring during the interview and the second one a "good cop"
