I had a phone interview and then moved onto virtual onsite interview (during pandemic). Phone interview asked basic Linux usage questions (navigating directories, kernel etc.) and some network software technologies such as TCP and Server/Client Relationship

They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.

first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
