Interview Details – I applied online through my university career center website. There were four 30 minute interviews back to back. Three of the interviewers ask behavioral questions and the fourth is the "bar-raiser" that will ask a few technical questions.
I got a response from the recruiter within a week of interviewing with the offer.
OA assessment was non-technical, it was about you responding to different stakeholders and aligning their processes. After passing the OA, had 3 back to back 45 minute, non technical interviews.

two round interview process with potential hiring managers, everyone was kind and informative. i enjoyed speaking with everyone i met and applied for the rotational program. mostly behavioral questions, helps if you can explain why tech and why finance
Very chill and conversational, two 45 min back to back interviews with two different people in different locations. Just behavioral questions, so nothing out of the ordinary. Use the STAR method and everything should be fine.
