An odd, team built process that lacked any kind of personal interview questions. Never was asked a single thing about myself. The only assessment of personality was during a 3 hour team session, in which our room had spectators.

What was your biggest setback and how did you overcome it ?
Lots of layers, multi faceted and very interesting. It took a full day, from 9a to 5p. I spoke with probably 6 or 7 different people who worked there by the end of the day.
