Very Strenuous Process. The first round interview was a breeze. I was asked a few behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant. I moved on to the 2nd round interview. I had 4 different 45minute interviews with 2 team members., The hiring manager and a Program manager (that stated she had nothing to do with the position itself). All of my interviews ran over the 45mins. When i interviewed with the hiring manager she had her kids in the background disrupting snd causing distraction. She basically questioned me as if i was over qualified and wanted to know t why I wanted to be a Specialist with the amount of experience I had along with other behavioral questions that don’t really have much to do with my ability and knowledge of the Global Work Authorization. I set aside 4 hours of my day just to be rejected. If you are not good at interviewing or answering behavioral questions, you will struggle with the interview process. Please do not get discouraged.
